Wang Dong

Dong trained as a biologist at Columbia University before moving into venture. He was an Associate at MiraclePlus, where he worked with early-stage founders, before joining Aventrix.

At Aventrix he focuses on AI, biotech, and AI for science — companies where the hard part is the science itself, and where a scientific background helps separate a real result from a promising-sounding one.

Dong holds a BS in Biology from Columbia University.
